Loved it! Great podcast today!
I don’t have any vegan cheese recommendations (I doubt it truly exists), but when I had to be dairy free for two years oil and vinegar was my go to for a dressing or mixed with herbs and spices used as a dip or spread. I started investing a little bit more money in buying the good stuff (to be honest since we weren’t spending money on cheese or milk we were probably were still saving) and that quickly became a staple. Also, making homemade dips and spreads like guacamole, mayonnaise, hummus, etc really helped too. After about a month of that I wasn’t missing cheese much at all.
Lol, I love that you commented about the vegan cheese! Missy Stone, there you go – good advice! Thanks for the encouragement Ashley!
